Participants will engage in activities that will take them through a deep dive of each of the following RIDE Model Evaluation components: Professional Practice Rubrics, Professional Responsibilities Rubrics, SLOs, Professional Growth Goal. Participants will leave this session with a solid understanding of how they will be evaluated, their responsibilities in the evaluation process and how to calculate their overall effectiveness rating.
