The world has changed dramatically since Donald Trump was elected president of the United States. Other issues that are changing Britain’s relationship to countries around the world include the threat from Russia and the war in Ukraine, divided opinions about the war between Israel and Hamas and its impact on the people of Palestine, and in our own country, the meteoric rise in popularity of the Reform party.

So how should we be responding to these threats (and opportunities?)? Who can we depend on and trust - Who are our new allies? Has Brexit reared its head again and is there a way back into Europe without losing face?
