On Wednesday, September 23rd, the Animal Welfare Caucus will be joined by Speaker Julie Menin, Caucus Chair Harvey Epstein, Deputy Mayor Helen Arteaga, The Mayor's Office of Animal Welfare, Voters For Animal Rights, and local animal welfare advocates to announce the allocation of this year’s pet food pantry and spay/neuter funding. The press conference will be held on the City Hall Steps at 1:30 PM.

We encourage attendees to wear their "I Cat NY" or "I Dog NY" t-shirt if you have one. We will have extra t-shirts available.
