Please join the New York City Council Animal Welfare Caucus, Speaker Julie Menin, Chair Harvey Epstein and Vice Co-Chairs Shirley Aldebol and Shahana Hanif to rally in support of city funding for low-cost spay/neuter, affordable veterinary care, and pet food pantries in all five boroughs. We are calling for a budget allocation of $1.5 million for spay/neuter and $2 million for pet food pantries. We encourage attendees to wear their "I Cat NY" t-shirt if you have one. We will have extra t-shirts available.
