By hosting an event you'll end up with access to information about lots of people - things like their emails and phone numbers.
Data protection can often sound boring, but it's important stuff.

The shorter and more descriptive, the better.
Virtual events do not require a location, but virtual events with a location will appear on the event campaign map. (Those without a location will appear in search results only.) At least a ZIP/postal code is required for map placement for virtual events.
Select the timezone in which your event will take place.
URL of where attendees can attend the virtual event, such as a Zoom link. This will only be shown to event attendees via email after RSVPing.
