NJ Climate Superfund Act Assembly Lobby Day!

It’s been two months since the NJ Climate Superfund Act received its first hearing and vote in the New Jersey Legislature, when it passed the Senate Environment Committee on Dec. 12. Now, this crucial legislation is scheduled for it's first hearing in the Assembly, and we plan to be there to see it through!
The Assembly Environment Committee is holding a meeting on March 10th at 1pm, and with 4 out of 7 members on the Committee as sponsors of the NJ Climate Superfund Act, there’s simply no good reason it shouldn’t be passed out of Committee on that date.
Join us on March 10th as we rally and pack the committee hearing to call on the Assembly Environment Committee and the NJ legislature as a whole to pass the NJ Climate Superfund Act!
Join us at 12pm for a rally outside on the steps to the Statehouse Annex.
At 1230 we'll head inside and pack the committee hearing with Climate Superfund Act supporters.
While the main events are in the afternoon, you can also join us early at 10:30 AM to lobby legislators outside of the morning committees!
