Please be advised that the LOCATION of the State Health Planning Board (the Board) public hearing has been changed to the AUDITORIUM of WILLIAM DICKINSON HIGH SCHOOL located at 2 Palisade Avenue, Jersey City, NJ 07306. The Board will take public comments concerning the Certificate of Need application for the closure of Heights University Hospital submitted to the Department of Health by HUDSON HOSPITAL OPCO, LLC at the public hearing on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, from 5-7 p.m.

Hudson Regional Health has illegally closed Christ Hospital. Now the NJ Department of Health will hold a public hearing in order to hear from the community who has been impacted by the closure. This is our opportunity to inform NJDOH officials that we as a community need a hospital that will provide the care we need.
