Social Security turns 90 this month, and we're taking action to ensure it remains strong. On August 16th, join NJ50501, Social Security Workers United, American Federation of Government Employees, and others nationwide to show we are #SocialSecurityStrong. Years of historic staffing cuts have created a crisis, making it harder for seniors and disabled Americans to get the benefits they've earned. We're demanding change to protect the Social Security our families have relied on for nine decades and to ensure it's there for the next ninety years. That's why on August 16th, we're calling for:
