No Celebration without Palestinian Liberation!

The MAGA-aligned Israeli American Council, which is holding more and more events in Hoboken, is hosting its Israel "Independence Day" festival on public school grounds on May 10.  

Despite last year's letter campaign and protest, and despite this year's letter and speak-out, the Hoboken Board of Education once again approved the rental of Taglieri Stadium, the football field of Hoboken High School, to the Israeli American Council (IAC) for this repugnant event.

Join us to protest and educate others:

PROTEST: As Zionists enter and exit their "celebration," and as they gather on the field, we will be on the opposite sidewalk, chanting, holding signs, being present to demonstrate our opposition to this celebration.

Protest location: The sidewalk opposite the entrance to Taglieri Field at 1000 Jefferson St. in Hoboken.

EDUCATE: We’ll have half-page handouts to give to passersby to educate them about Palestine, the ongoing Nakba, and how they too can get involved. People will be stationed near the protest and also on the other side of the field at Columbus Park.

Education location: Multiple! On the corners of Jefferson/10th and Jefferson/11th and at Columbus Park.
