The City of Boulder is currently considering a modification to the sub-minimum wage, aka tipped wages. Not only are they rushing this process, they are conducting decision-making processes BEFORE even receiving input from the public! AND they have conventiently reset their summer meetings to exclude public comment.

Why? Because they know if enough people realize they are talking about a wage cut that this won't be popular. They don't want this discussed near election time, and they want to sweep this under the rug.
