The state of New Jersey and the township of Roxbury have requested that the US District Court issue a preliminary injunction, stopping DHS from converting the Roxbury warehouse into a concentration camp. In support of the amicus brief filed by our allies and partner organizations, our coalition will be both inside as witnesses and outside the courthouse rallying while the judge hears the oral arguments.
