North Yorkshire Green Party - Members Event

All members are invited to meet at the Wesley Centre in Harrogate on 28th November to participate in discussions and workshops on the way forward for the Green Party in North Yorkshire.

As a new organisation serving a huge area the North Yorkshire Green Party would like to provide this opportunity for our members from across North Yorkshire to meet and get to know members from other branches, share experiences, learn from each other, and identify opportunities for peer support and co-operation between branches.

The event programme will cover a variety of topics including:

• Welcome & Opening Address - Arnold Warneken
• Plenary Session: NYGP Officer Reports & Q&A
• Parallel Break Out Sessions / Workshops
Press & Media - workshop on writing press releases
Chair & Treasurers forums - discussions on role specific issues
Membership engagement - retaining and growing membership
  Action Network & Data "clinic"
Local Elections 2026 & campaign work
• Closing Address - Arnold Warneken

The event is open to all members, but branch officers and members involved in campaign work are particularly encouraged to attend.
