Good Cause would allow 1.4 million tenants the ability to fight unjust evictions and unconscionable rent hikes. Thousands of tenants in NYC are getting priced gouged and forced out of their homes and the only solution lies with our state legislature. We need our state representatives to pass Good Cause now and save our communities.
