Spin Scooters Transit Travel Ride – Saturday, October 25 | 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM | Durham Farmers’ Market

Join Bike Durham and Spin Scooters for a hands-on Transit Travel Training Ride exploring Durham on scooters!
We’ll meet at the Durham Farmers’ Market at 11:00 AM for a brief safety orientation before heading out for a guided group ride through downtown and surrounding neighborhoods.

During the session, participants will:
🛴 Learn how to unlock, ride, and park Spin scooters properly
🚦 Practice safe riding techniques and learn how to share the road confidently
🏙️ Explore bike and scooter-friendly routes around Durham
💳 Get information on fare passes, income-based discounts, and accessibility options

The group will return to the Farmers’ Market by 1:00 PM. Helmets are strongly encouraged, and participants must be 18 years or older to ride.
