Join us at our monthly Green Gathering on Monday 13th October at 7:30pm!

We'll be hosting speaker Dr Alfie Cameron, a Transitional Assistant Professor in Computer Science at the University of Nottingham. Hailing from a background in humanities, their interdisciplinary approach to research explores questions of responsibility and ethics in technologies, often through a feminist lens.

In their talk, Alfie will provide a series of provocations and discussion points around responsibility and Artificial Intelligence. Spanning a range of topical and relevant domains such as healthcare, policing, and education, together we will develop our understanding of potential risks and opportunities for AI in the UK and beyond and begin to answer the question: What makes a responsible AI? Followed by open discussion.

We're meeting both in-person in the city centre, and online over Zoom!
