This is an interactive workshop with plenty of opportunities to practice!

Alison Seddon is a qualified executive coach and facilitated at the House of the People in 2025. Alison is working with Alyssa, Colchester's Young Greens Officer, to deliver three peoples' assemblies leading up to the City and County elections on 7th May, 2026.

Peoples' Assemblies:

• 2/3: 11th April, 1:30-5 pm,
• 3/3: 2nd May, 1:30-5 pm.
