SOME HISTORY: In June 2022, Pennsylvania climate advocates, anti-corruption activists, and concerned residents converged in Harrisburg to address Pennsylvania’s worsening corruption-fueled climate crisis.

On Monday June 13th, over 50 of us confronted the state legislature to demand they stop fueling the climate crisis with their greed and corruption. Ten of us were arrested and charged with criminal trespass. After a weekend filled with rigorous discussion about what actions come next, PAC was born.

WHY WE FIGHT: We fight because Pennsylvania is an extraction state. Our communities are suffering from the consequences of our corruption-fueled ecocide: Breathing disorders. Impaired cognitive function. Loss of biodiversity. Dirty air. Undrinkable water. Depleted soil and biomass. Cancer clusters. And more. We have been sold out by our politicians. We have been betrayed. But we refuse to lose hope.

We refuse to be sacrificed. We will disrupt every fundraiser, every gala, and every smoke-filled backroom until our legislature stops taking bribes from industries that are burning our planet and killing our communities.
