Hey Utah!

Dreamers really need your help.

On December 5th (all day), we will be holding a peaceful sit-in protest at the Wallace F. Bennett Federal Building after Trump's visit to the Utah State Capitol to demand representatives vote NO on the Omnibus Spending Bill unless it includes a Clean Dream Act. After the administration terminated the program, 122 dreamers a day have been losing their temporary status, including myself. Thousands of others will be participating in this nationwide #OurDream sit in as part of The Seed project to push for comprehensive immigration reform on December 4th and 5th.

Us DREAMers are at RISK for deportation, in-state tuition, our jobs, and other privileges we’ve been afforded. I ask that you please join us during the protest. Myself and others will be risking arrest in order to garner attention and publicity. SLC Tribune and other news outlets will be covering this event.

While you do not need to risk arrest, we strongly encourage that you do so we can send a message to Amerikkka that DREAMers are#HereToStay.

Please join the Google Docs to sign up for a specific role. Please read through all the roles carefully and specify whether or not you’d like to risk arrest: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1o87SGUQSE5JsBtQL3MQsWTROj1homNBMiLc3izc5sOs/edit?usp=sharing

We need drivers as well (who may or may not risk arrest) to pickup any potential individuals who have been arrested once released from custody. You can sign up for that on the google doc.
