Oxford FoE is holding a special meeting during Oxfordshire’s ‘Big Green Week’ on Weds. June 11th on Nature and Climate: What is the Government doing? What should they be doing?_
This will cover two key government policy areas - The Planning and Infrastructure Bill, now being discussed in Parliament, and the UK Climate Plan, due out this autumn. We have a panel of three great speakers: Richard Benwell, Director of Wildlife and Countryside Link, Matthew Stanton, Policy Director at BBOWT, and Mike Childs, head of science, policy and research at Friends of the Earth.
