Start: 2025-10-20 19:00:00 UTC Eastern Daylight Time (US & Canada) (GMT-04:00)
This is a virtual event
Ride Against War on Gaza bicycles around the country to raise awareness of the slaughter in Gaza and the West Bank. The USA tour summer 2025 -- from SF to NH -- endorsed by Peace Action, AFSC and Veterans For Peace, started on May 28 and officially finished on September 2 in Portsmouth. Bob Sanders, RAW GAZA's founder and rider in chief, had many amazing experiences and met many wonderful people. He'll tell us all about it!
Bob Sanders, a former journalist, started up Granite News Service and reported for the NH Business Review for 30 years. After retiring in 2023, he founded Not in My Name, NH a group of Jews that advocates for a cease-fire in Gaza, and to stop military aid going to Israel. At 70, he launched his third long-distance ride as RAW GAZA on the 50th anniversary when he last biked across the country as a college student.

About NHPA’s bi-weekly Zoom Peace & Justice Conversation Series: 2020’s upheavals brought us to a new moment of reckoning and possibility. How do we want to live in the world? What do we value? How can we make the changes we’ve been yearning for? NH Peace Action has been engaged in working for change for decades. We’d like to bring you into these conversations about issues and options for the future. There is no charge to attend, but your contributions in any amount are greatly appreciated.
