Convened by Maine People’s Alliance, the day will be filled with the information, conversations, relationship building, and skill training necessary to get organized, build power, and win—especially in a key election year.
Registration open! Please register below. We’ll be providing the food and facilities for the day. Donations to help cover some of the costs of this event are certainly appreciated

1:00 Building the power we need!
Facilitated by MPA Co-Director Amy Halsted, this discussion will help build alignment around the power we need to build in order to win real change in Maine, how we can change hearts and minds, and what it will take to get beyond the “usual suspects” to build a powerful base of regular people aligned in our vision.
2:00 Strategy Sessions
Breakouts on how to build power! Including: how to publicly share your story persuasively; dealing with Christian nationalism; organizing across lines of difference; how local government works; why you should run for office; how to change hearts and minds by door knocking; voter registration; relational organizing.
3:00 Visions for the Future!
Hear visions for Maine’s future by its next generation of leaders! Join Secretary of State Shenna Bellows, Senate President Troy Jackson, Penobscot Nation Tribal Ambassador Maulian Bryant, and State Treasurer Henry Beck as they lay out where we should go as a state.
