Parents organized and pushed our governments to extend child care funding — and our pressure worked! But the new agreement still falls short. There's no plan to bring fees down to $10/day, no new commitments to address the waitlist crisis, and no plan to raise child care workers' wages.

We won an extension, but the fight isn't over! Now we need to connect with more parents, build our collective power, and push our governments to deliver the affordable, accessible child care system families were promised.

Join us for a phone bank to call supporters who signed our petition, share the latest updates, hear their concerns, and invite them to take action.

No experience necessary! We'll meet on Zoom, review the talking points, practise making calls, and then give everyone a list of supporters to contact. We'll finish with a group debrief to share what we heard and discuss next steps.

Every conversation is a chance to turn support for $10/day child care into collective action!
