Join us at our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Saturday 25th July.

The AGM is a time for members to celebrate all that we've achieved in the past year and to look forward to the next year. Please come along if you'd like to help shape what Plymouth Green Party does over the next year. We need every member to get involved to build on our success!

Timings:

2 - 4pm AGM business including the Chair's Report, Treasurer's Report, and the election of new committee members for the 2026/2027 period

4 - 5pm Break and a chance for food, drinks & mingling

5 - 6pm The Big Green Quiz

6pm - 11pm Music and karaoke

Committee Election:

We need new committee members to keep our good work going, so if you've ever considered a role, then now is a great time to find out more by contacting the existing committee. The committee meets monthly to discuss party business, vote on actions and generally keeps us moving forward. The following roles are up for election (all of these roles can be shared but will still only have one vote if a voting role):

There are currently 7 voting roles:

- Coordinator or Co-Coordinators

- Treasurer

- Wellbeing & Diversity Officer

- Membership Officer

- Elections & Campaigns Co-Ordinator

- Communications Officer

- Fundraising Officer

There are currently 3 non-voting roles:

- Secretary

- Social Media Officer

- Nominating & Data Officer

If you want to vote in the committee election please ensure that you RSVP so that you receive the voting link on the day. Only members in attendance will be able to vote.
