Karl Marx is widely acknowledged to be one of the most influential thinkers, if not the most influential thinker of the last 200 years. In spite of this, the man’s actual ideas often get lost in popular discussion. The goal of this political education event is to not only showcase some of Marx’s ideas, but also show how he developed these ideas. This event will consist of a presentation, followed by a guided group discussion.
