The Peninsula Peace and Justice Center will hold a virtual Climate Rally on Friday April 24th at 5:30pm. At the Climate Rally, a special video will be premiered of climate experts and activists speaking to the importance of continuing the fight for climate justice. We will also see how the community is maintaining social solidarity while remaining physically distant during a global pandemic. Neighbors, young and old will share their creative signs, chants, and artistic designs to commemorate Earth Week.

The Peninsula Peace and Justice Center has been the leading grassroots activist organization on the SF Peninsula since its founding 37 years ago. Climate activism is one of many issues we focus on in addition to social and economic justice, an end to racism, sexism and all forms of discrimination. This digital rally is in partnership with Aria Luna/LUCITA Art. peaceandjustice.org
