Facilitator Biographies:
George Schorn (she/her) has trained in several martial arts and holds a 2nd degree black belt in Seido karate. She has been teaching empowerment self defense for decades and is a founding member of the Empowerment Self-Defense Alliance (ESDA).
Coty DeLacretaz (she/her) runs the Violence Prevention Program at Sun Dragon Martial Arts & Self Defense, NFP. Since her first ESD class in 2011, she’s devoted to studying the risks to safety and how to mitigate them, and teaching those skills and strategies to others.
