The U.S. military consumes the most fossil fuels of all institutions in the entire world. Military air shows are billed as "free entertainment" while they further destroy our planet and serve as advertisements for the military and fossil fuel industry.

Join climate and peace activists to protest the Blue Angels in Annapolis on May 21st to expose the connection between militarism and the climate crisis. We'll gather around 12:30pm at City Dock near the Alex Haley statue to set up -- look for the big inflatable elephant. We will have signs and banners for you to hold and educational flyers for you to hand out to air show attendees and passersby to educate them about how air shows fuel the climate crisis. The air show is scheduled to begin at 2pm.
