We as a majority renter city need to make it clear to LA City Council that we need a new Rent Stabilization Ordinance. The current ordinance is more than 40 years old and heavily favors landlords. Turn out today and give public comment during the Housing and Homelessness Committee meeting so that they agendize a vote on new RSO amendments.
