No matter the result on May 7th, we’ll be coming together to celebrate the incredible effort, energy, and commitment shown by everyone over the past few months.

What we’ve achieved as a local party is something to be proud of. We went from a standing start and built a full roster of 25 candidates, with 7 candidates actively campaigning in their wards, supported by our dedicated volunteers and the Wigan & Leigh Executive.

From leaflet deliveries, putting up stands, planning meetings, and all the behind-the-scenes work that keeps a campaign moving, every contribution has made a difference. Campaigns are built on teamwork, and this one has shown just how much can be achieved when people come together with a shared purpose.

Now it’s time to relax, unwind, and enjoy the evening together after what has been a huge collective effort.
