Join us January 28 for Quaker Lobby Day 2026! Lobby Day will begin at 10:00 AM PST at Olympia Friends Meeting with a hybrid information session in the morning and legislator visits in the afternoon (some in-person, some online).

Starting at 10am a full briefing will provide advice on effective legislator visits and presentation of the priority bills by themes, including where each bill stands in the legislative process.

Lunch will be provided by Olympia Meeting from noon to 1pm.

Legislator visits will take place from 1:00 pm onwards at the Capitol grounds and online. (Some will take place at other times during the week.) Each legislative district has a coordinator who is making appointments. Your district coordinator will send you information on the schedule of your district meetings. Each district will decide for itself whether its visit will be in-person or virtual.

Preparation for Quaker Lobby Day will include a pre-briefing on the priority bills (Sunday January 25, 9:30 am) and Orientation for newcomers (Monday, January 26, 6:30 pm). At the end of the week, a Share What We Learned session will be held (Friday, January 30, 3 pm). Links for all the events will be provided in an email sent when you register.
