Thomas Jefferson Standardized Patients (SPs) unionized with OPEIU Local 32 in January 2024 and have been negotiating for a fair contract ever since. During union contract negotiations with Jefferson, management has rejected proposals for a living wage and security for our union. We've faced union busting and stonewalling at the bargaining table. But we have continued to bargain in good faith and believe that if Jefferson accepts out fair compromise contract proposals, we will achieve a strong and equitable contract.

To demand that Jefferson pay SPs a fair wage and accept our fair contract proposals, we are holding a rally on Monday, February 3rd at 10am at Washington Square Park by Jefferson's campus. Please join us so that Jefferson knows that the Philadelphia community is watching and stands with union SPs.
