Amidst unprecedented federal attacks on climate action, federal funding for clean water, critical infrastructure, disaster response and more, it’s imperative our legislators stand up to Trump by passing the NJ Climate Superfund Act!

The NJ Climate Superfund Act would make New Jersey more affordable and resilient to climate change by making the world’s largest fossil fuel companies foot the bill for the costs of climate change – instead of New Jersey taxpayers.

The legislature breaks for the summer on July 1st, and we can’t let them ignore this crisis!

Join us on Monday, June 2 in Trenton as we lobby New Jersey legislators and rally to make polluters pay for the costs of climate change!
