On day one, participants will learn skills to handle stress, manage work to meet long-term goals, build alignment with colleagues and teams, and handle difficult problems.

Day two is designed for those wanting to cultivate their management skills (of staff, interns or high level volunteers).

This training will be two days and one overnight at the farm. $200 per person
