The SSOT represents the most significant barrier to diplomatic normalization with Cuba, but unlike other aspects of the embargo governed by congress, it can be changed with the stroke of a pen on the part of the Biden administration. With some signals from Washington that Biden is considering a review of his administration's Cuba policy, we believe that now is the time to act. We will be calling in to the White House these two days from 11am-3pm ET // 9am-12pm PT to demand Cuba be removed from the SSOT (the White House does not accept calls at other times).
