We will be knocking doors in Bladensburg this Saturday to talking to our neighbors about the Maryland Reproductive Freedom Amendment ballot measure! We will be meeting at 10:00 am at Bladensburg Branch Library (4820 Annapolis Rd, Bladensburg, MD 20710).

Canvassing for Maryland Reproductive Freedom Amendment continues this weekend Maryland’s Reproductive Freedom Amendment — Question 1 — is on the ballot on November 5. If passed, it will enshrine abortion access and other rights into the state constitution. Metro DC DSA is canvassing for Question 1 in Montgomery and Prince George’s Counties, and chapter members and allies are invited to participate in the efforts. Reproductive rights and bodily autonomy are under attack nationwide, and we need your support to protect these essential rights for the people of Maryland.

After the canvass, we will head over to Franklin's Brewery (5123 Baltimore Ave Hyattsville, MD). There we encourage members to grab some food and drink, and meet your fellow branch members. Come on out
