Well, there is. And we're here to share that with you.

The authoritarians have a playbook, and so does the resistance. And it works! 💪🏼  Around the world, training pro-democracy activists is a core strategy of successful movement fighting authoritarianism—for strengthening civil society’s capacity for nonviolent resistance.

Join us for a training created by Freedom Trainers.  Backed by extensive pro-democracy research and data, and fused with direct action training, these trainings are taking place all over the U.S.

At this training, together we will:

• Examine the authoritarian threat
• Learn about the pillars of power
• Learn how to shift power away from the autocrats using individual and collective noncooperation
• Foster an understanding of why noncooperation is the strategy to meet the moment
• And finally, strategize how to build a mass movement of resistance in Bellingham.  

For this training, we ask for a $10-$30 sliding scale Venmo donation to cover the location and materials and to reserve your spot.
