Challenging times give rise to anger, grief, fear, and other difficult emotions.  Suppressing these feelings can make us depressed and burned out, interfere with the effectiveness of our activism, and undermine our ability to feel joy.  The Sacred Listening Circle is a lightly facilitated opportunity to share our feelings in community and build resilience for our activism.
