Starbucks is stonewalling a fair contract that would cost less than one day of sales. The company is bleeding sales and brand power, but instead of fixing it, Brian Niccol tops the CEO pay gap list while baristas struggle.

From September 27 to October 4, SBWU is organizing visibility pledge actions outside not-yet union Starbucks stores across the country. With practice pickets happening the same week, we’ll show Brian Niccol and Starbucks executives who really runs this company: the workers.

At LNK DSA’s Labor Working Group action, we’ll talk directly with customers and collect “No Contract, No Coffee” pledges to show that people everywhere stand with baristas for better pay, better hours, and respect on the job. And to put the "visibility" in visibility actions, we'll have special signs available for people to hold at the action!
