MPP Vijay Thanigasalam voted to sell the Greenbelt and block an investigation into Ford's corruption. Now, he supports Bill 5— a dangerous bill that guts the Endangered Species Act, removes protections for greenspaces, and gives Ford unchecked power to seize land

Vijay represents Rouge Park, yet supports policies that threaten it. As Minister of Mental Health, he should know this fuels the climate crisis and harms our well-being.


Join us to demand accountability from MPP Vijay Thanigasalam, who represents Scarborough—Rouge Park and has supported Bill 5.

Protest Guidelines (Peaceful & Lawful Assembly)

To keep everyone safe and effective, please follow these rules:

  1. Be peaceful — we’re here to make a change, not trouble. Threats, obscene language or offensive signs are not permitted. any communication to outside parties of the protest should be through the organizers.
  2. No amplified sound (like speakers or megaphones) — hand-held signs, chants, and songs for participants are welcome! The organizers will need to communicate effectively with participants to keep a unified message of peaceful action.
  3. Respect surrounding businesses and passersby — let’s keep public support strong.
  4. No littering — bring a bag to collect your materials afterwards.
