The Rural Electric Cooperative Scorecarding Initiative (RECSI) is a collaboration between environmental organizations in 7 Midwestern states (WI, IL, ND, MI, IN, MO, KS) to provide a standardized scorecard of clean energy programs and policies among cooperatives.
