The deadline to RSVP to attend virtually or request child watch is Tuesday, September 16th.

We are excited to announce that in just under a month on Sunday, September 21st will be our next General Chapter Meeting. Our quarterly General Chapter Meetings (“GCMs”) are where our members gather to hear reports on our ongoing work, engage in political education and discussion, and debate and vote on proposals submitted by members that set the direction for our chapter for the months ahead.  

The September GCM will be back at the Riaz H. Waraich Auditorium at The Flats @ East-West University in the South Loop, the same venue we used for our June chapter convention. Like back in June, check-in will begin at 10:30AM with time for socializing over (free) coffee, and then the meeting will be called to order at 11:30AM. We will break for an hour for lunch around 1PM, and the reconvene at 2PM to continue business. The meeting will adjourn no later than 4:30PM.

aThis will be a hybrid meeting with members able to participate by attending in-person on by Zoom, but we highly encourage you to attend in-person if you can. We will again plan to offer child watch for parents on site as well.
