TALKING POINTS:

• Regarding the non-renewal of San Diego Youth Services contract -- Wellness together is $699,300.00 more expensive than SDYS - is this figure accurate? How can you justify this when they are failing to meet the needs of our students?
  

• The public would like transparency on the "logistical reasons" that caused the district to cancel the Learning Summit Talks that threatened to help teachers support LGBTQ+ students and students of color.

• The public wants answers as to why the LGBTQ+ Special Education Director is on leave.

• What is your process to ensure LGBTQ+ and BIPOC representation in curriculum and instructional materials. As soon as the Governor signs AB 1078, you will be required to do this by law.

• Why is Trustee Woods sitting on Administrative Interview panels? This is a gross overstep of his role as a Trustee.
