- Facilitator (small group guide- someone who doesn't share their opinions, but rather guides their group of up to 7 people to formulate their opinions into motions in a respectful way, without interrupting).

Training is available on 25th April, which teaches you:

• Find out how people’s assemblies work

• Learn about the role of the group guide

• Pick up the skills you’ll need on the day

• Build your confidence as a facilitator

- Non-Violent Communicator (someone who is on stand-by in case conversations become disrespectful).

Training is available on 21st April, which teaches you:

• Pick up ways to de-escalate conversations when things are becoming tense

• Learn how to manage your own responses

• Find out about Non-Violent Communication techniques and how to apply them

• Develop and express greater empathy towards yourself and others
