Once a tangle of freeway ramps and parking lots, the Transbay District is San Francisco’s premier transit-oriented neighborhood with over 4,500 housing units, including 1,200 affordable apartments, built in the last 15 years.

Come join D9 Neighbors for Housing for a tour of the newest addition to the neighborhood, Mercy Housing’s Lark Landing, which will open 184 new homes to low-income families this May. The fresh, contemporary design features luminous family apartments with great views, amenities and roof gardens distributed across its 17-story height. A new childcare center, bookstore, and Mexican bakery will bring life to the streets around it.

The building’s architects, Kennerly Architecture & Planning, will guide the tour and share details of its design and development, as well as the site’s fascinating history.

RSVP for exact location information. Space is limited, and an RSVP is required. (If the event is full when you come here to register, please fill out the waitlist form here)
