Join us for a casual community-building, transit-themed happy hour at San Pedro Square Market in San Jose! We are celebrating A LOT of recent victories:

• The passage of SB63, Santa Clara County's decision to join a 2026 regional transit funding ballot measure that will prevent cuts and improve service on VTA, Caltrain, BART, and more agencies.

• The passage of SB79, a new statewide law that enables more housing to be built near our frequent train stations and bus-only lanes

• A recent victory in the battle for transforming Steven's Creek Blvd into a street that is safe, accessible, and fast travel options for all road users.

Come get to know fellow transit and active transportation supporters and learn about the upcoming campaigns for better transit and more walkable/bikeable streets!

No-host event. Non-alcoholic drinks are available as is food with vegetarian options. The event will be held in an outdoor venue.

San Pedro Square Market is located in a transit-rich area of downtown that is a couple minute walk or roll from the VTA 22, 23, 500, 522, 68, 72, 73 bus lines (and more!) and the St. James North VTA light rail station. Nearby bike parking and the venue is wheelchair accessible.
