Marc Stier, Executive Director of Pennsylvania Policy Center, and Dwayne Heisler, Campaign Director of Pennsylvania Policy Center, will join us to share the ins and outs on Pennsylvanians Together’s c3 and c4 candidate engagement models, including the process through which PA candidates are encouraged to endorse the campaign’s agenda in a c3 context. With elements of the program focused on candidate education, relationship building and long term power-building on tax, Pennsylvanians Together’s lessons learned can be a powerful resource for 2024-2026 electoral planning.
