Fresh off the largest-ever strike in Starbucks’ history, union baristas are united. We’re calling Starbucks out for failing to support the baristas who are central to the company’s turnaround.

Starbucks backtracked on our path forward. While Starbucks gave the CEO over $100 million and a private jet, they offered no raises or benefits increases specifically for union baristas in the first year of our contracts. They knew that an offer that low wouldn’t lead to ratified contracts. Yet, they failed to meet their own deadline for a foundational framework by the end of 2024. We’re ready to negotiate, but we can’t negotiate over nothing.

This is the perfect moment to activate not-yet union baristas to join the fight, so we’re doing something bold: we are going to talk to baristas at every single not-yet union Starbucks store in the country, and we need your help to make it happen

Join Us at Haute Coffee in Southwest Ranches to phonebank Starbucks baristas to get them engaged in the union struggle. No prior experience is needed and we will give a short training beforehand. BRING A FULLY CHARGED PHONE and headphones + laptop if possible but only phone required.
