Over 4,000 of us have now signed the petition against the planned data centre at Bank Quay, yet the council continues to back Dante FS Group, the corporation behind it. While Dante and Big Tech get the land, the power and the profit, Warrington gets higher bills, fewer jobs and noise, hurting our communities and local businesses.

This is the same council that signed off another £51 million of cuts last month. Libraries have faced closure, the town has been passed over for a new hospital again and again, and we’re paying more council tax for fewer services. It’s corporations first and Warrington last, and we’ve had enough.

We're calling an emergency community meeting to launch our campaign. Come for the food, hear from people fighting data centres elsewhere, speak if you want to, and be there when we announce what happens next.

Find us on instagram @stopbankquaydatacentre, and add your name to our petition here: https://www.change.org/p/we-don-t-need-a-warrington-data-centre. Please note, change.org keep any funds donated via the petition.
