Whatever our background or religious identity, we will seek the universal message within the Jewish High Holidays. In what ways can these approaching “Days of Awe” inform our own personal journeys and our own conscious awakening? In what ways can these “Days of Awe” help us to reckon with where we are individually and collectively?

Since this day is being commemorated as “SunDay” throughout the country, which recognizes the promise and potential of solar power, Bill Hardam will also offer a reflection on First Unitarian Church’s efforts and accomplishments on using solar power. We will have a slide show of the SunArt that some members have created...and you may even create your own SunArt.

SunDay is a global day of action on September 21st, 2025, celebrating the unstoppable rise of clean energy. We’ll come together to showcase the power of the sun and wind, the energy sources that can power our world without pollution.
