Join us in support of an office-to-residential conversion in Old Town North that will convert an underutilized 1980s office building into at least 136 homes! You can find more information on this project in the presentation slides. There are two options to support this project:

- Send a written comment to CouncilComment@alexandriava.gov. Say you're submitting comments on docket item #14.

- Testify in person or via Zoom. You can sign up to testify here, and put 14 for the docket item number. If you'd like to testify in person, we'll be meeting up for breakfast beforehand at Tatte at 9:30. Look for Alexandria lead Phoebe Coy wearing a YIMBY Action t-shirt. If you've never testified before Council before, this is a good opportunity to try it for the first time! While there will likely be a few opponents speaking, we're anticipating that the atmosphere will be less intense than some of the recent votes we've supported, such as Zoning for Housing.
